The three work groups have been charged with the following responsibilities:
Objective: Develop recommendation(s) to address/enhance/improve the workplace issue assigned to the work group (communication, career opportunity, or recognition).
Outcome: The work group will present to the Steering Committee, in written format, its recommendation(s). The components of the recommendation should include:
- Summary of the workplace issue
- Strategy
- Structure
- Process
- Resources required
- Evaluative measure
