The focus groups are comprised of the individuals who applied to participate on the work groups but were not selected. The intent behind the formation of the focus groups is to provide an opportunity for any interested staff to participate in the development of recommendations that address the three targeted issues: communication, career opportunities, and recognition. The work groups will utilize the focus groups on at least two occasions, but may desire to use them more often. The data received from the focus groups will be considered in the development of the recommendations. The focus group process will be facilitated by Leslie Charles, the consultant for the project.
