In July 2007, Acting Chancellor Grey established the Chancellor’s
Advisory Committee on Staff Climate to
oversee the implementation of the staff climate survey workgroup
recommendations and action plans. The advisory committee provides regular
progress reports to Acting Chancellor Grey as to the implementation of the
recommendations that were submitted by the Staff Climate Survey Steering
Committee and endorsed by Chancellor Cordova.
The committee is also charged with administrative oversight
of future staff climate surveys and consideration of work environment
improvements outside those represented in the climate survey recommendations.
